• Guide customers on product challenges and collaborate with engineering teams to address issues or identify appropriate workarounds.
• Design and implement robust, production-ready application architectures for customer use cases.
• Use Gemini Enterprise and Google AI products to support customer workflows and agentic AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to transform customer workflows using autonomous agents.
• Help remove technical barriers and support successful deployment and adoption.
• Provide leading-practice recommendations and technical presentations for business and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance, debug complex agent behaviors, and respond to customer and partner needs.
• Lead end-to-end execution of Google Cloud Platform solutions for customer adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building Generative AI applications, intelligent agents, or LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience working directly with technical customers.
• Fluent English communication skills to support client relationship management.
