Job Overview

Cognizant is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer (React) for its Technology and Engineering team in Kolkata. This hybrid role is suited for experienced software engineers who build secure, scalable, and cloud-ready consumer lending applications using Microsoft .NET, React, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and React.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for lending platforms.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Integrate applications with external financial systems and internal enterprise services.
• Deploy and support cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement secure coding standards, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts.
• Produce technical documentation and mentor team members.
