• Promote observability practices, including error budgeting, service-level objectives (SLOs), and service-level indicators (SLIs), to support ongoing reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to shape technology initiatives around business objectives.

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of modern observability stacks and tools, including Splunk, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, as well as microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with observability tools and methods for logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud-based SRE practices and experience with public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Linux or Unix systems, object-oriented programming languages such as Java, and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Experience in software development or technology operations, particularly in a Site Reliability Engineering context.

Education and Experience
