Job Overview YASH Technologies is looking for a Data Analyst with Power BI expertise to join its Pune team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, SQL validation, and dashboard development. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights by designing, developing, testing, and deploying interactive Power BI reports. In this role, you will participate throughout the reporting lifecycle, beginning with understanding business requirements and ending with deployment and documentation. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize reports for performance while maintaining data accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Report Builder, and Tabular Editor. - Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into effective dashboards. - Validate report accuracy by writing SQL queries against source databases. - Perform report testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance. - Improve report performance and optimize data models. - Collaborate with development, business, and analytics teams throughout project delivery. - Maintain reporting standards and support continuous process improvements. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQL, dashboard development, report validation, data visualization, reporting lifecycle, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting. Preferred Skills Experience with report optimization, business intelligence best practices, data modeling, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Experience 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Power BI development, SQL, and business intelligence reporting.
