Job Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Network Operations team in Pune. This full-time onsite role is designed for experienced networking professionals who can provide Level 2 network and service assurance support across enterprise environments. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, restore critical network services, collaborate with field engineers and resolver groups, and help maintain reliable enterprise connectivity while meeting service level objectives. Key Responsibilities - Deliver Level 2 support for enterprise network operations. - Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN issues. - Resolve high-impact incidents within SLA targets. - Develop temporary workarounds and permanent solutions where appropriate. - Coordinate with field technicians during incident resolution. - Escalate design-related issues to Level 3 support and OEM teams. - Monitor service quality and contribute to operational improvements. Required Skills Strong networking fundamentals, enterprise routing and switching, incident management, troubleshooting, service assurance, and network operations. Preferred Skills Experience working with large enterprise infrastructure, cross-functional support teams, and service management processes. Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline. Experience Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in network operations and enterprise networking. Required Technologies Cisco WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, CoS, QoS, VRF, VLANs, VPNs.
