This permanent full-time onsite role focuses on deploying, configuring, testing, maintaining, and scaling enterprise AI agents across business functions. You will work with enterprise AI platforms, cloud services, knowledge bases, prompt engineering, quality assurance processes, and deployment governance. The role is ideal for professionals experienced in technical operations, platform deployment, or QA who want to contribute to production-grade industrial AI solutions. Key Responsibilities - Deploy and configure enterprise AI agents. - Manage knowledge base architecture, versioning, and provisioning. - Design and execute QA plans, regression testing, hallucination checks, and retrieval validation. - Collect user feedback and coordinate improvements. - Maintain deployment records and governance documentation. - Support enterprise rollouts and onboarding. Required Skills Experience with enterprise AI platforms, cloud administration, identity and access management, prompt engineering, LLM behaviour, REST APIs, JSON, QA processes, version control, and technical documentation. Preferred Skills Microsoft AI certifications, Azure AI services, system integration, consulting, or industrial domain exposure are advantageous. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is recommended. Experience Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of software platform deployment, technical operations, or QA experience.
