NTT DATA Services is hiring a Systems Engineering Specialist - Intune, MDM & MAC for its team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on endpoint lifecycle operations for large global enterprise environments, covering operating system deployment, patch management, application delivery, device compliance, and endpoint platform administration.

The position involves independently handling complex L2/L3 incidents, supporting platform improvements, and contributing to managed services delivery for clients across US, APAC, and EMEA geographies. The role also includes endpoint management for Windows and Mac environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating system deployment task sequences using SCCM and MDT integration.
• Manage WinPE boot images, driver packages, deployment boundaries, OS refreshes, wipe-and-reload activities, and in-place upgrades.
• Troubleshoot PXE boot issues, task sequence failures, and driver conflicts during operating system deployment.
• Configure and support Windows Autopilot profiles for Intune-managed devices.
• Manage end-to-end patching for SCCM-managed and Intune-managed endpoints.
• Configure Automatic Deployment Rules for monthly Microsoft Patch Tuesday cycles and manage Windows Update for Business rings and update policies.
• Perform patch impact analysis, rollback planning, and emergency patching for zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Prepare patch compliance dashboards and exception reports for delivery leads and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with security teams to address vulnerability scan findings within required service timelines.
• Manage complex SCCM application deployments, including detection methods, requirements, dependencies, supersedence, and uninstall workflows.
• Package enterprise applications using the .intunewin format and deploy them through Intune with advanced targeting.
• Support software metering, asset intelligence, and license management activities in SCCM.
• Monitor SCCM site server health, distribution point replication, and component status.
• Manage the Intune connector, certificate infrastructure, and Intune service health.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations, perform root cause analysis, and document permanent fixes.
• Participate in change management, CAB reviews, and client operational governance activities.
• Manage Mac scripts, application packages, data services, and patching activities through endpoint management platforms.
• Support Active Directory administration, login script maintenance, and Apple device management through Intune and other enterprise management systems.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr for operating system deployment, application management, patching, collections, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, Windows Update for Business, Win32 application deployment, and Autopilot.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 image management, task sequences, WinPE, driver management, and MDT integration.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and Hybrid Azure AD join configurations, conditional access, and co-management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and endpoint remediation.
• Ability to work with SQL and WQL queries for SCCM inventory and compliance reporting.
• Understanding of IT service management operations covering incident, problem, and change management, using ServiceNow or an equivalent platform.
• Strong written and spoken English for client-facing delivery and documentation.

Mac and Endpoint Management

• Experience managing Mac environments, including scripts, application packages, data services, and patching.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X operating systems and enterprise Mac management.
• Experience with enterprise management platforms such as Jamf, Intune, and WS1.
• Experience using Intune to manage and support Apple products.
• Active Directory management and login script creation and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) or an equivalent certification.
• Experience with SCCM-to-Intune co-management and workload migration.
• Exposure to Qualys, Tenable, or vulnerability management integration with endpoint management operations.
• Experience in large IT outsourcing or managed services delivery environments.

Education

The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree such as B.E., B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. in Information Technology or Computer Science, or an MCA from a recognised Indian university. Equivalent experience and industry certifications may also be considered.
