Job Overview Lenskart is seeking a Database Reliability Engineer to build, operate, and optimize enterprise database platforms supporting large-scale business applications. This full-time mid-level role focuses on database reliability, automation, cloud migrations, performance tuning, DataOps practices, and infrastructure automation. You will work with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available data services. Key Responsibilities - Design and operate highly available MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, and BigQuery environments. - Improve database performance, scalability, backup, recovery, monitoring, and disaster recovery. - Automate operational workflows using Infrastructure as Code and scripting. - Support cloud migrations and replication strategies. - Build Change Data Capture pipelines and integrate CI/CD workflows. - Collaborate with engineering teams, mentor developers, and participate in incident response.
