Job Overview

Infosys is hiring a Technology Lead for its Global Delivery team in Bangalore. This full-time opportunity is ideal for experienced software professionals with 5 to 11 years of experience in full-stack application development, technical leadership, and modern software engineering practices.

The role focuses on building scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks while driving engineering excellence, AI-assisted development, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications built with Java Spring Boot and Angular or React.
• Establish and promote software engineering best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Guide development teams in adopting AI-powered engineering tools to improve coding quality, documentation, testing, and developer productivity.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, encourage continuous learning, and evaluate emerging technologies that can improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
• Support cloud-based application development, CI/CD implementation, and Agile execution.
