Job Overview Infosys is looking for an experienced Mainframe Senior Developer to join its Application Development and Maintenance team in Bhubaneswar. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise mainframe applications. - Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions. - Perform code enhancements, bug fixes, and application support. - Support legacy modernization initiatives. - Design and maintain DB2 databases. - Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database utilities. - Perform database analysis and performance tuning. - Create, execute, and troubleshoot JCL batch jobs. - Develop and maintain CICS online applications. - Monitor production systems and ensure operational stability. Required Skills Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, IBM z/OS, TSO/ISPF, SQL, File-Aid, Endevor, ChangeMan, Panvalet, and enterprise mainframe development. Preferred Skills Knowledge of DB2 Services, Mainframe Job Schedulers, Job Monitoring Tools, Mainframe Security, DB2 Applications, and VTAM is preferred. Education BE, BTech, ME, MTech, Master of Computer Science, or MCA. Experience Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mainframe application development and maintenance.
