Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows involving multi-step reasoning, tool integrations, and human review or intervention where required.
• Develop backend services that support real-time interactions between users and AI agents.
• Build REST and streaming APIs for agent-powered applications.
• Create responsive frontend interfaces that display agent status, progress, and intermediate results.
• Design orchestration components for asynchronous workflows, including retry handling, timeouts, partial failures, and rollback strategies.
• Work with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Improve the observability of AI-powered products through logging, evaluation capabilities, replay mechanisms, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Apply distributed systems principles to applications that need reliable and scalable processing.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing and maintenance.

Required Skills

Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend and backend development. Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript is required, along with hands-on development using Node.js and React.js.

The role requires practical experience building production applications that consume large language model APIs. Candidates should understand prompt engineering and tool or function calling and should have experience implementing agentic patterns such as ReAct, plan-and-execute, or multi-agent systems.
