Job Overview CGI is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This full-time hybrid opportunity is based in Bangalore and is suitable for professionals with 5 to 8 years of experience in master data, data migration, testing, and enterprise data quality. The role focuses on preparing, validating, and managing business-critical data used during SAP implementation and deployment projects. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and functional consultants to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable data throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and validate master data for testing, migration, and deployment. - Create golden datasets and maintain test data. - Monitor data quality, consistency, and reconciliation. - Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production go-live. - Identify, track, and coordinate resolution of data issues. - Prepare cutover data and control reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout SAP implementation. Required Skills Strong experience with master data management, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, data migration, Excel, reporting, testing, and data quality. Knowledge of integration management, project coordination, and risk management is valuable. Preferred Skills Experience with reporting or visualization tools, cutover planning, reconciliation, enterprise data governance, and SAP transformation projects. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Experience Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise data management, SAP migration, or data quality initiatives.
