AI Engineer – CGI

Job Overview

CGI is hiring an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI solutions for large-scale business applications. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in AI Engineering. You will build Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions while collaborating with architects, product owners, QA teams, and cloud engineers.

Responsibilities include developing AI services using Python, integrating React-based frontends, creating REST APIs, deploying workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, implementing MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and automation, and optimizing AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI solutions.
• Build Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and cloud engineers.
• Develop AI services using Python.
• Integrate React-based frontends with AI services.
• Create and maintain REST APIs.
• Deploy AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and automation.
