- Integrate Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with Salesforce modules and third-party systems.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
- Deliver new Salesforce development initiatives, enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for marketing performance and data insights.
- Test and optimize Marketing Cloud campaigns and Data Cloud processes for reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage release and environment activities including sandbox planning, metadata migration, data migration, environment comparisons, and version control.
- Maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
Required Skills
