Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement software and operational solutions using technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and related frameworks.

• Investigate production incidents, batch failures, outages, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure-related issues across Mainframe and Distributed environments.

• Contribute to platform roadmaps covering availability, scalability, recoverability, capacity, workload management, and performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and reliability indicators such as KPIs, SLOs, MTTR, and MTBF to identify areas for improvement.
• Support disaster recovery, high availability, business continuity, and modernization initiatives.
• Work with cloud and distributed architectures, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, containers, and modern application platforms.
• Develop and support integration solutions involving APIs, MQ, Connect:Direct, event-driven architectures, and batch or real-time data processing.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support critical business applications.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and analytics solutions to improve application health and operational visibility.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities and contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices while supporting enterprise security, compliance, access management, and non-functional requirements.
