Transportation Representative – Amazon (Transportation Operations Center)

Job Overview

Amazon is hiring a Transportation Representative to join its Transportation Operations Center (TOC). This full-time role supports transportation execution across Amazon's supply chain by monitoring freight movement, resolving transportation issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and using data to improve operational performance. The position is suitable for graduates with strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation operations and resolve shipment exceptions.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, fulfillment centers, finance, retail, and support teams.
• Analyze operational data using Excel, Access, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Create reports, dashboards, and operational narratives.
• Track KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support business requirement gathering for technology improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer support and operational communication.
