Key Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation, and customer success workflows.
• Maintain a backlog of AI and automation opportunities.
• Support small prototypes such as chatbots, workflow automations, and dashboards using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks.
• Collaborate with team members to test ideas and validate use cases.
• Help deploy and monitor pilot solutions with internal teams.
• Collect feedback, track basic usage metrics, and support iteration.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and trends.
• Assist with demos, documentation, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create documentation, prompt libraries, and reports to support successful pilots.
