  • Work with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering to support product development and production release.
  • Use UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and command-line tools for test automation, debugging, and workflow optimization.

Test Engineering and Validation Activities

  • Develop and document comprehensive test plans and validation strategies for next-generation IoT products.
  • Design, develop, and debug ATE hardware and software solutions for production and reliability testing.
  • Perform silicon bring-up, characterization, and debugging on ATE platforms.
  • Deliver cost-effective test solutions supporting high-volume manufacturing.
  • Coordinate test-related hardware and software activities with internal teams and external test houses.
  • Develop, optimize, and release production test programs for offshore manufacturing and production sites.
  • Drive improvements in test coverage, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals, analog and digital circuits, and circuit theory.
  • Knowledge of Design for Test methodologies and related test techniques.
  • Hands-on expertise in ATE test development, silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, and validation.
  • Ability to develop and debug hardware and software test solutions.
  • Programming and scripting capability using the languages identified in the role, including Python, C, C++, Java, Perl, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience working with UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and command-line tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, ownership, and accountability.

Preferred Skills

Experience with the Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platform is required for the stated test-development responsibilities, while experience with UltraFLEX+ is specifically identified as an added advantage. The profile also emphasizes continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven approach.
