- Perform data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Support inbound and outbound interfaces with enterprise and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot integration, reporting, security, and application issues.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and related impact assessments.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, business analysts, and delivery teams.
