Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with team members and establish strong working relationships.
• Work with others on small-to-medium software features from technical design through completion.
• Apply software development lifecycle knowledge and agile engineering practices across requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing.
• Participate in technical design and feature delivery with guidance, while analyzing information and confirming requirements with the team.
• Write clean functional code along with unit tests and end-to-end tests with appropriate guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and address feedback received during the review process.
• Monitor and triage incident reports and participate in postmortems and potential on-call activities.
• Estimate assignment timelines and communicate progress, blockers, and delays to the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or a master's degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of software development theories, principles, and concepts.
• Exposure to current technologies through coursework or internship experience.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, together with experience in React, Angular, or another similar technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing with backend languages such as Go, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
