• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or similar monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, and Linux.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes.
• Ability to coordinate with other technical support levels and stakeholders to resolve production issues.
