Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test plans for the Gen7 and Virtual Companion projects.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across AI and cloud-based solutions.
• Validate AI and machine learning model behavior, accuracy, edge cases, and real-world workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development and product teams.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and FD planning to address quality early.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed test reports, and support release-readiness decisions.
• Apply specialized validation techniques to maintain product quality, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to improvements in QA processes, tools, and testing best practices.
• Support early beta releases, customer feedback analysis, and production issue validation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, or graphics-intensive application testing.
• Familiarity with continuous integration pipelines and modern DevOps tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on automation scripting with Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent language.
• Experience testing AI/ML features and cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning data validation.
• Exposure to performance, reliability, and scalability testing.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in software QA or automation testing. Experience in CAD, AI, or cloud domains is preferred.
